Mondo Direct has an integral database of over 20,000 qualified talented candidates (1000 from overseas markets) who have experience from the direct selling, direct marketing, franchising, consumer goods, hospitality, media and communication sectors. Our recruitment strategies include targeted research - utilising our extensive network and contacts to approach potential candidates in similar roles directly. We will talk to the relevant trade and industry thought leaders to identify the appropriate candidates. We also have an alliance with NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network. Selection and Interview Process
Candidates will be pre-screened by our experienced consultants and all interviews are based on merit of their application against the job and candidate specification. Candidates shortlisted for client interview will be presented in the form of a Candidate Report inclusive of the candidates resume and our executive summary of their skills and experience. Mondo Direct will also liaise with candidates to confirm client interviews arrangements. Finally, our strength of relationships means that we are able to carry out accurate and candid preliminary reference checks. Reference checks for candidates will be completed upon request, prior to offer and acceptance.
