Selection and Interview Process
Candidates will be pre-screened by our experienced consultants and all interviews are based on merit of their application against the job and candidate specification. Candidates shortlisted for client interview will be presented in the form of a Candidate Report inclusive of the candidates resume and our executive summary of their skills and experience. Mondo Direct will also liaise with candidates to confirm client interviews arrangements. Finally, our strength of relationships means that we are able to carry out accurate and candid preliminary reference checks. Reference checks for candidates will be completed upon request, prior to offer and acceptance.
